Watches may be returned for a full refund within 15 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in brand-new condition, in their original packaging, and have all protective films and plastics fully intact. Once protective films or plastics have been removed, the watch can no longer qualify for a return or exchange.

I have small wrists so I was a bit worried about it not fitting at first. The included screw driver made sizing my watch super easy. The watch fits amazing and couldn't ask for more.

Altogether, the journey from creation to delivery generally takes 8–16 business days (Monday–Friday) — a process designed to uphold the highest standards of craftsmanship before your watch reaches your hands.
As for shipping, it’s completely free — and we’ve also covered your country’s import duties in the price. That means you won’t face any extra fees or hidden charges upon delivery.

Our watches adjustable bracelet size fit any sizes between 14.5cm - 22cm. Each watch comes with a free complimentary watch tool, provided to you to ensure the perfect fit with ease.
