Orders are typically built within 4–8 business days before shipping.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.
International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide.
All international orders include prepaid customs duties, import taxes, and fees, meaning you won’t have to pay anything additional upon delivery.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you can track it using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email.
You can also visit our Order Tracking Page and enter your order number and email address to view the latest updates.
Shipping Restrictions
While we aim to serve customers globally, some destinations may have shipping limitations.
If you are able to complete checkout successfully, it means we can ship to your location.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Claims for lost or missing packages must be reported within 7 days of the delivery confirmation date shown by the courier.
We are unable to investigate or assist with claims submitted outside this timeframe.
If a package is confirmed as delivered by the carrier, we cannot issue refunds or replacements for loss or theft occurring after delivery.
Courier Investigations
If a courier investigation is initiated, customers must provide official written confirmation from the carrier stating that the delivery was incorrect or unsuccessful.
Carrier statements that confirm delivery was completed as addressed do not qualify for refunds or replacements.
