Refund policy

Refund & Return Policy

At Ofilan Watches, we want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If you need to return or exchange a product, please review the policy below.


1. Returns for Damaged or Defective Items

If your watch arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order.
We’ll arrange a return and offer either:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund (including any shipping costs incurred).

2. Returns or Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your watch for a different model, please notify us within 15 days of receiving your order.
You’ll be responsible for any return shipping fees (unless it’s a quality issue). Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll ship your new watch at no additional cost.

Condition Requirements:

  • The watch must be in its original packaging, with all protective films and plastics still attached.

  • It must be brand new, showing no signs of wear or use.

Once protective films have been removed, the watch cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, as it can no longer be resold as new.


3. Returns for Non-Defective Items

All orders are eligible for return and a full refund except the following:

  • Watches created using our custom configurator

  • Custom-made watches based on special requests outside our website

  • Watches featuring custom logos

Accessories may also be returned and refunded, provided they meet the same condition requirements. 

To qualify, the watch must be returned in brand-new condition, in its original packaging, with all protective films and plastics fully intact, and show no signs of wear or use.

Once any protective films have been removed, the item is no longer considered new and cannot be returned or refunded. In such cases, we will only offer a replacement or refund if the item was defective or damaged upon delivery.

For returns unrelated to quality issues, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.


4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@ofilanwatches.com.
Include your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos or videos (if applicable). Our team will guide you through the next steps.


5. Return Conditions

  • The watch must be unused and in original packaging.

  • All accessories or additional items included in the original package must also be returned.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.


6. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@ofilanwatches.com for an update.
