Ofilan Watches is dedicated to producing high-quality timepieces built with care and precision. This Limited Warranty exists to protect customers against manufacturing defects and to ensure confidence in every purchase.

Warranty Term

All Ofilan Watches are protected by a one (1) year limited warranty, beginning on the date of purchase by the original owner.

This warranty applies to every one and only to the first consumer purchaser and is non-transferable.

Exclusions & Limitations

This warranty does not apply to damage or issues caused by factors outside of manufacturing defects, including but not limited to:

• Accidental damage, misuse, abuse, or negligence

• Any attempt to open, modify, or repair the watch by an unauthorized party

• Alterations or customer-initiated modifications of any kind

• Failure to follow care, usage, or maintenance instructions

• Normal cosmetic wear such as scratches, scuffs, fading, or discoloration

• Water damage or moisture exposure

Submitting a Warranty Claim

To request warranty service, please follow the steps below:

1. Initial Contact
   Email: support@ofilanwatches.com with a description of the issue. Our team will advise on eligibility and next steps.

2. Proof of Purchase
   A valid order confirmation, receipt, or invoice showing the original purchase date is required.

3. Shipping to Us
   Customers are responsible for shipping the watch to Ofilan Watches for inspection.

4. Evaluation & Resolution
   Once received, the watch will be inspected within a reasonable timeframe. If the claim is approved, the watch will be repaired or replaced, with free shipping covered by Ofilan Watches.

Liability Disclaimer

Ofilan Watches is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product.

Any implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the length of this Limited Warranty.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these exclusions may not apply in all cases.

Policy Changes

Ofilan Watches reserves the right to revise or update this warranty policy at any time. Any changes will be published on our website and become effective immediately.
