A free 1 year warranty is included with every watch that is made in our workshop. Under normal use, this warranty covers operating issues and manufacturing defects. You can also buy a 2-year warranty extension for extra peace of mind.

But since our watches aren't made for swimming or other similar activities, it doesn't cover scratches, damage from opening the watch, or problems with water resistance. For the sake of your watch's longevity,we advise against doing such things.

Our warranty does not cover any other component of the watch; it only covers manufacture defects in the movement

A Seiko mod refers to the customization or modification of a Seiko watch, where enthusiasts change parts like dials, hands, bezels, or straps to create a unique look or improve functionality. This modification process allows our customers to tailor their watch to better reflect their personal style, preferences, or specific functional needs. Hand assembled by highly qualified watch builders, we utilize a wide range of authentic to high quality aftermarket parts to bring your dream watch to life.

Our watches adjustable bracelet size fit any sizes between 14.5cm - 22cm. Each watch comes with a free complimentary watch tool, provided to you to ensure the perfect fit with ease.

Our watches are not replicas nor are we affiliated with the Seiko brand in any way.

Our watches are graded at 3 ATM meaning they are safe against splashes or rain. We highly advise and recommend to not use them for swimming or any related activities as you are prone to damaging your watch.

Many factors can heavily impact the water resistance on our watches such as improper crown screwing, potential damages done to the watch, etc.

PLEASE NOTE: Our dials displayed on our watches are only for decorative purposes and do not reflect any water resistant functions of the watch.

No, we operate soley on our own utilizing Seiko movements. We are not in any way affiliated with Seiko. Each watch is purely built custom for each customer.

Each watch comes with a free complimentary watch tool, provided to you to ensure the perfect fit with ease.

Orders are legiable for cancellation within 24 hours of ordering. If you are interested in making an order cancellation please contact us via email or instagram ASAP.

If you contact us after the 24 hour order period, your order will be in the processing or shipping stage. If you do not qualify for the cancellation, no worries, you can always return it once you recieve it.

If you have received a damaged or faulty product from us, please send us a photo, or video proof of the damage and we will reissue your order for free.

Once your order has been processed it goes through a series of steps before it reaches your wrist.

1. Assembly: Takes 3-5 working days to handcraft your custom timepiece.

2. Quality Testing: After assembly, we dedicate an additional 1–3 days to testing and quality assurance to guarantee top performance.

3. Shipping: Once perfected, your watch is dispatched, with delivery typically taking 5–9 business days depending on location.

Altogether, the journey from creation to delivery generally takes 8–16 business days (Monday–Friday) — a process designed to uphold the highest standards of craftsmanship before your watch reaches your hands.

As for shipping, it’s completely free — and we’ve also covered your country’s import duties in the price. That means you won’t face any extra fees or hidden charges upon delivery.

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.
