Our watches are handcrafted to ensure top quality. Orders are shipped out within approximately 3-5 business days prior to ordering. After your watch has been built international shipping takes approximately 7-12 business days.

In terms of our shipping costs, shipping is 100% free and taken care of by us. It’s our way of showing appreciation for your support and choosing us, as we strive to compete with other companies while maintaining personalized service.

A free one-year warranty is included with every watch that is made in our workshop. Under normal use, this warranty covers operating issues and manufacturing defects. You can also buy a 2-year warranty extension for extra peace of mind.

But since our watches aren't made for swimming or other similar activities, it doesn't cover scratches, damage from opening the watch, or problems with water resistance. For the sake of your watch's longevity, we advise against doing such things.

Our watches adjustable bracelet size fit any sizes between 14.5cm - 22cm. Each watch comes with a free complimentary watch tool, provided to you to ensure the perfect fit with ease.
